What DealSwirl is

DealSwirl is an online service that helps business owners organize information about their companies and lets them choose to share it with prospective buyers, investors and advisors. DealSwirl is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, business broker, appraiser, attorney or accountant. We do not take part in negotiations, give investment, legal or tax advice, or receive compensation based on whether a transaction happens or how large it is.

Estimates are not appraisals

Readiness reports, adjusted earnings and value ranges are automated estimates based on information you provide and general market conventions. They are not appraisals or fairness opinions and may differ significantly from any actual offer. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Only post businesses you own or are authorized to represent.
• Investors: provide truthful information about your firm and honor the confidentiality terms you accept when requesting access to a deal.
• Don't use DealSwirl to send spam, scrape data, or contact owners outside the platform using information you weren't given permission to use.

Accounts and verification

We may verify, decline, suspend or remove any account at our discretion, including investors who don't meet our review standards or who misuse confidential information.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give DealSwirl permission to store and process it to provide the service, and to show it to the people you choose to share it with.

Limitation of liability

DealSwirl is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, DealSwirl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any transaction between users.
